American Recovery Service Ushers in a New Class of Women in Collections and Recoveries Honorees at Used Car Week 2025

As the founding sponsor of  Women in Collections and Recoveries (WICR) at Used Car Week, the American Recovery Service team is excited to announce our continued role as moderating sponsor in support of honoring the impressive and impactful women in the class of 2025.

Over the years the “Women In” series at Used Car Week has provided attendees direct access to the insights and experiences of female professionals across the industry. The breadth of knowledge and life lessons shared by these inspiring women serves to uplift professionals across the industry regardless of affiliation or position. From getting started, to growing skillsets and learning ways to reach the next level, industry professionals walk away with insight and tools that can leverage their own continued growth and understanding of the ever changing industry landscape.

ARS has been a proud supporter of the “Women In” series for the past several of years. Starting with our sponsorship of the Women in Auto Finance series from 2018 through 2021 and culminating in our fourth year as the WICR sponsor this November at Used Car Week 2025, it has been a true honor to get to know the many successful women in our industry and to play a part in helping them to share their stories.

Ashley Fackrell WICRWith this year’s sponsorship we are pleased to share that Ashley Fackrell, Vice President of Finance at ARS, will be stepping into the moderator’s chair. With her nearly 20-year background in the industry, Ashley has distinguished herself among her peers and industry partners as a forward-thinking professional who sets the standard in excellence. As a 2024 40 Under 40 honoree at last year’s event, Ashley is returning to Used Car Week, to represent the ARS team and to help this year’s panel bring forth topics and viewpoints that will enrich everyone’s experience.
