American Recovery Service (ARS) is a company built upon a foundation of teamwork, integrity, and dedication to excellence. In its 25 year history, ARS has developed a standard of operations that focuses on bringing together individuals. We concentrate those individual skills and efforts toward a common goal: offering each individual the opportunity to join a community that encourages growth and success.
Over the years, ARS has experienced substantial growth and has been a driving force for technology and compliance advancements across the industry. With the support of its 450 team members, ARS continues to evolve and expand its offerings. Powered by people who recognize the importance of teamwork and the impact that can be made when we all work together toward a common goal, success is the only outcome.
In all that we have achieved, we understand the importance of each and every team member and the work they do on a daily basis. We understand that without every single person working together toward our common goals, none of our successes would be possible.
Recognizing our teams and their individual and group successes is the driving factor behind our quarterly Unity Week activities. We actively take the opportunity to reflect on the accomplishments of the prior quarter and to acknowledge all of those whose collective efforts make it happen.
Unity Week festivities include theme days, games, a luncheon, and “MVP” Awards to name a few. Each quarter, the team comes together to support a local charity. Giving back is an important part of our Unity Week events — this quarter’s focus is on Breast Cancer Awareness. Proceeds from all charitable contributions will go to the Susan G. Komen Charity.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in Unity Week celebrations and spend time acknowledging each other’s individual and group accomplishments.
“Fostering a sense of community and belonging is critical to any company’s success”. Chief Operations Officer Dave Copeland remarked “We are all constantly focused on the day-to-day operations. Taking the time each quarter to celebrate Unity Week is an opportunity for us all to remember and reflect on the fact that none of our successes would be possible without the collective efforts of each and every team member. Through our Unity Week events we bring people together and give them an opportunity to celebrate their successes together.”
Dave continued “An individual person can achieve great things but imagine the heights that can be reached when multiple people join together and apply their efforts to a common goal. They create a driving force that leads to exponential increases in success and professional achievement”.
