CLIENT INTEGRATION PLATFORM (CIP)
The proprietary Client Integration Platform (CIP), a custom online solution designed and built by a team of highly skilled US-based technicians, offers full customization to meet client demands and performance standards. CIP guarantees seamless integration with recognized industry platforms like iRepo and RDN.
CIP is fully scalable, capable of handling hundreds of thousands of assignments concurrently nationwide. Clients can view and track their full portfolio and communicate directly with personnel handling their assignments.
WEBTRACKER
WebTracker is ARS’ proprietary custom developed web application that is highly secure and independently tested for internet vulnerabilities. If offers 24/7/365 access for assignment management. All assignments, regardless of the platform used for entry, are accessible in one centralized location for easy review and updates. Features include ability to submit assignments, submit new information, view updates, submit holds & closes, view invoices and view condition reports.
Developed by our in-house programming and testing teams our WebTracker system gives us an agility that our competitors do not have. We provide customization and enhancements based on client needs and leverage our systems for increased efficiency.
LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION (LPR)
In 2009 ARS pioneered the industry-standard License Plate Recognition staging model. We developed a proprietary plating system to maximize coverage and built the first legitimate dispatch program that operates 24/7/365. As the original LPR Staging vendor, we maintain the largest inventory of vehicles in the DRN database, and we have the highest number of LPR repossessions in the industry with 650,000 LPR recoveries to date!
ARS offers two service models: LPR Direct for accounts assigned directly to ARS, and LPR Staging for accounts managed by a single national servicing company.
ARSMOBILE™
Developed in 2012 and trademarked in 2013, ARSMOBILE™ was the first smartphone app built exclusively for the repossession industry. It was created with the purpose of streamlining the Assignment, Update and Repossession process for our agent partners and was deployed to our agent network at no cost. ARSMOBILE™ is a highly secure smartphone application with three layers of security to protect ARS systems, our client’s data, and our agent partner’s devices. Each device is registered to ARS’s phone provisioning database, allowing multi-factor authentication and user-specific security roles. In the event a phone is lost or damaged, ARS will instantly lock out all access to the old device. ARSMOBILE™ was also the first app to facilitate GPS-only updates; which reduced the amount of time that repossessors were required to invest in administrative duties in addition to economizing the repossession reporting process.
