At American Recovery Service, we value partnerships built on consistency, communication, and accountability. Those relationships are strengthened over time through collaboration, transparency, and a shared commitment to results.
Earlier this year, members of the ARS team attended the Bridgecrest Recovery Round Up event alongside industry peers and partners from across the recovery space. The event created an opportunity for open dialogue, meaningful conversations, and continued alignment around the challenges and opportunities shaping the industry.
We were honored during the event to be recognized by Bridgecrest as Forwarding Partner of the Year for 2025.
We do not take recognition like this lightly.
Awards are meaningful because they reflect the daily work happening behind the scenes. They represent the consistency of our internal teams, the responsiveness of our operational staff, the communication between departments, and the commitment our agent network brings every day.
This recognition also reflects the strength of the partnership we have built with the Bridgecrest team over time. Strong partnerships are not built through a single moment or one successful quarter. They are built through ongoing communication, mutual respect, transparency, and the ability to work through challenges together while remaining aligned on expectations and outcomes.
Throughout the event, Bridgecrest leadership shared valuable perspective on the direction of the industry, operational priorities, and the importance of continued collaboration between lenders, forwarders, agents, and technology partners. We appreciated the level of engagement and the willingness to create space for productive conversations.
Events like Recovery Round Up matter because they bring people together face to face. They create opportunities to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and continue improving the way we collectively support clients and consumers.
At ARS, we remain focused on the same principles that have guided our organization for decades:
- Clear communication
- Operational consistency
- Accountability across every level of the process
- Strong compliance standards
- Meaningful partnerships
- Continuous improvement
Recognition is appreciated, but it does not change our focus.
We remain committed to supporting our clients, strengthening our partnerships, investing in our people, and continuing to move the industry forward in a productive and responsible way.
Thank you again to the Bridgecrest team for the recognition, the partnership, and the opportunity to participate in this year’s Recovery Round Up.
We look forward to continuing the work ahead.
