Vendor Compliance

The Office of Compliance partners with our Vendor Relations department to ensure absolute accountability is maintained for our extended network of 800—and growing—repossession agencies. Through this partnership, we provide:

Ensuring ARS repossession agents meet Statement of Work (SOW) commitments and compliance expectations 100% C.A.R.S. Certification (or other nationally recognized equivalent)
Repossession field agent training standards
Assuring license, insurance, and/or bond is current prior to and during contract
Criminal background and reference checks
Quality assurance testing to maintain the highest possible standards

Compliance Team

Our dedicated Vendor Compliance team works diligently to ensure that all recoveries are completed in the most timely and compliant manner possible. In partnership with our Office of Compliance, we:

Manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Conduct visits and reviews of office and storage locations (in collaboration with RISC)
Perform regular audits of contracts, SOWs, licensing, insurance, and bonds
Proactively manage and mitigate claims and complaints
